About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with L Artistry Nail Studio ("we", "us"), owned by Lawren Lee. By booking, you agree to them, along with our privacy policy.

Booking and deposits

Appointments are booked online through Acuity Scheduling. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Our booking policies apply to every appointment:

• A $35 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. (Deposit can be transferred 1 time.)
• If you are a first time client and have product on your nails, please make sure to add a removal.
• There are 3 removal options: gel (can be soaked off), hard gel (cannot be soaked off) or acrylic. Please choose the correct one for timing purposes.
• If you are unsure of what service to book, please contact me via email or text.
• If you would like a set that requires specific charms, please contact me via email or text so that I can order them.
• A 15 min grace period is allowed.
• If you're running behind, please contact me prior to your appointment.
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48hrs before your appointment.
• You're allowed to transfer your deposit once as long as it's within the 48 hour period.
• Same day rescheduling will result in a 50% service fee charge.
• If there is a genuine emergency, please communicate with me and I'll handle it on a case by case basis.

Prices

Prices are listed on our services page. A price with a plus sign (for example, $140+) is a starting price. Nail art is priced by level, and the final price depends on the design, length and time your set takes. Not sure which level your inspo is? Send it before you book and Lawren will tell you the level and price. Prices may change; the price confirmed at booking is the one you pay.

Your health and safety

Please tell Lawren before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, or medical concerns that could affect your service. For your safety, Lawren may decline or change a service if she sees signs of infection, injury or another condition that makes it unsafe to continue. Any deposit is handled under the booking policies above.

Follow the aftercare advice you are given. Picking, biting or using your nails as tools can damage the product and your natural nails.

If something isn't right

If you have a concern about your set, text 917-718-1770 or email [email protected] as soon as you can, with a photo. Lawren will look at it with you and let you know the options.

Photos

Lawren may photograph your finished set for her portfolio, website and social media, showing your hands and nails only. If you would rather your set not be posted, tell her at your appointment or by email. See our privacy policy.

Using this website

The photos, designs, text and logo on this site belong to L Artistry Nail Studio. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing a link or reposting with credit to @lartistrynyc is welcome.

We work to keep the information on this site correct and current, but hours, prices and services can change. The booking calendar shows what is currently available.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, L Artistry is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses connected to the website or our services. Our total responsibility for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
