Booking policies
- A $35 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. (Deposit can be transferred 1 time.)
- If you are a first time client and have product on your nails, please make sure to add a removal.
- There are 3 removal options: gel (can be soaked off), hard gel (cannot be soaked off) or acrylic. Please choose the correct one for timing purposes.
- If you are unsure of what service to book, please contact me via email or text.
- If you would like a set that requires specific charms, please contact me via email or text so that I can order them.
Lateness, rescheduling & canceling
- A 15 min grace period is allowed.
- If you're running behind, please contact me prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48hrs before your appointment.
- You're allowed to transfer your deposit once as long as it's within the 48 hour period.
- Same day rescheduling will result in a 50% service fee charge.
- If there is a genuine emergency, please communicate with me and I'll handle it on a case by case basis.
